This role requires deep knowledge of local fisheries, strong angling skills, and excellent customer service. As a wade guide, you will be responsible for providing a safe, educational, and enjoyable experience while navigating rivers and streams on foot.
Requirements

Extensive fly fishing experience, including casting techniques, entomology, and river dynamics.

Strong knowledge of local fisheries, fish species, and conservation practices.

Ability to safely wade in varying conditions while assisting clients.

Excellent communication and instructional skills for anglers of all levels.

First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
